Room was spacious and bathroom was the largest we had in our trip to Italy. The building had a unique architecture and history that we appreciated. It was also conveniently located near popular tourist attractions.
The hotel definitely needs an upgrade, especially the bedding which was shabby and threadbare. The wooden floors in the hallway were very noisy which made it difficult for us to have a good night's rest.

The staff were helpful, patient and sensitive to our needs including providing a lift to the railway station when the booked taxi didn't arrive. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom.
Breakfast was fairly basic.

The hotel is a classical building with spacious rooms and high ceilings. It feels a little like moving back in time to a grand lifestyle. It is ideally located. Staff are extremely friendly and accommodating.

The building had an interesting architecture that brought a unique atmosphere to the stay. the room was spacious and the bathroom was the largest we had during our trip. the location was ideal for exploring the city center, with several restaurants and shops nearby.
The noise from the wooden floors in the hallway made it difficult to sleep in. the breakfast provided was not up to par with our expectations.

The hotel is situated in a unique building that has a lot of potential. the rooms are reasonably large and clean, with the bathroom being particularly spacious and well-maintained. the hotel offers a variety of facilities, such as an elevator and front desk staff. Despite some discomfort caused by shabby bedding and noisy hallway floors, it is possible to find a level of comfort in the rooms.
Some aspects of the hotel's operation need improvement, especially when it comes to the staff's willingness to assist with guests' luggage.
